The parking was sufficient. They had some covered parking and nice sized parking spaces- so no danger of someone dinging your car. The lobby area is cute and updated. The staff were great. The breakfast quality is good.

The room was very clean, well-decorated and comfortable. The lobby was nice. The free parking was a wonderful perk, which actually made me choose the hotel.

I loved that it had free breakfast and it was pretty good quality. I do feel that additional staff might be helpful as items seemed to run low often and the one or two people stocking breakfast were working hard, but just seemed like they needed extra help.

Free on-site parking included with booking - bonus! Check-in was seamless. Really liked the lounge areas, especially outdoors. Great hotel location! Perfect for a walk or a run. Right across from Charles River Reservation.

Very very clean and smelled fresh. The location was perfect for us, right by the river, and an enjoyable walk all around the Harvard campus. The patio was super cute and even had a firepit for the evenings.

Terrible breakfast…powdered eggs, greasy bacon, 3 kinds of cereal ALL CHEERIOS! Bagels that turned out to be hamburger buns. NO ORANGE JUICE all served buffet style like some No-tell/Motel on the freeway.

The bus stop is just a few steps far from the hotel and you can easily reach the city centre. The staff was friendly and supportive.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We requested an extra blanket and box fan which were delivered to the room very soon after the request. Breakfast was included and was much more than what we anticipated. The room was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Neighborhood was a little industrial and on a very busy road. Not really walking around area, except there is a beautiful park on the Charles River across the highway. Fortunately there was a pedestrian overpass about a block away. Otherwise there are no crosswalks. The hotel itself was fine - the bed extremely comfortable and the room very clean. It could have used a comfortable chair for lounging/reading. The lobby is interesting, very pop culture like, but the seating is comfortable. the Coffee was meh and wasn't available until 6:30 am. That's kind of late for early risers. :)
